Bully is the first book in the Fall Away series by Penelope Douglas. It is a young adult romance novel that explores the themes of bullying, love, and redemption. The audiobook version of the novel is narrated by Abby Craden and Nelson Hobbs, who bring the characters to life with their excellent performances.

The story revolves around the lives of two high school students, Tate and Jared. Tate is a smart and ambitious girl who has always been in love with Jared, the school’s most popular and notorious bully. Jared is a handsome and charismatic boy who has a reputation for being cruel and heartless. He has always been attracted to Tate but has never acted on his feelings.

The novel begins with Tate’s first day of school after summer break. She is excited to start her senior year and hopes to make the most of it. However, her plans are derailed when she discovers that Jared is in her class. She is nervous about being in the same room as him, but she tries to ignore him and focus on her studies.

Jared, on the other hand, is intrigued by Tate’s presence in his class. He has always been aware of her feelings for him, but he has never paid much attention to her. However, he starts to notice her more and more as the days go by. He is surprised by her intelligence and her determination to succeed.

As the story progresses, Tate and Jared’s relationship becomes more complicated. They start to spend more time together, and Jared begins to open up to Tate about his troubled past. He reveals that he has been bullied himself and that he has a difficult relationship with his father. Tate is sympathetic to his plight and tries to help him overcome his demons.

However, their relationship is not without its challenges. Jared’s friends and ex-girlfriend are not happy about his newfound interest in Tate, and they do everything they can to sabotage their relationship. Tate also has to deal with the fact that Jared has hurt her in the past and that he has a reputation for being a bully.

Despite these obstacles, Tate and Jared’s love for each other grows stronger. They learn to trust each other and to overcome their fears. They also discover that they have more in common than they thought, and they start to see each other in a new light.

The audiobook version of Bully is a great way to experience the story. Abby Craden and Nelson Hobbs do an excellent job of bringing the characters to life. They capture the emotions and the nuances of the story perfectly, and they make the listening experience enjoyable and engaging.

One of the things that I liked about the audiobook version of Bully is the way that the narrators differentiated between the different characters. Abby Craden does an excellent job of portraying Tate’s character. She captures her intelligence, her wit, and her vulnerability perfectly. Nelson Hobbs, on the other hand, does an excellent job of portraying Jared’s character. He captures his charisma, his charm, and his vulnerability perfectly.

Another thing that I liked about the audiobook version of Bully is the way that the narrators captured the emotions of the story. They did an excellent job of conveying the pain, the hurt, and the love that the characters feel. They also did an excellent job of conveying the tension and the drama of the story.

Overall, I would highly recommend the audiobook version of Bully to anyone who enjoys young adult romance novels. It is a well-written and engaging story that explores important themes such as bullying, love, and redemption. The narrators do an excellent job of bringing the characters to life, and they make the listening experience enjoyable and engaging.
