As Grace tries to uncover the secrets of Shadow Hills, she discovers that the town is home to a group of vampires. These vampires are not the romanticized creatures of fiction, but rather, they are ruthless and dangerous. They have been living in Shadow Hills for centuries, and they have a strict code of conduct that they follow.
Grace finds herself caught up in the world of the vampires, and she soon realizes that she is in danger. She is torn between her attraction to the handsome vampire, Aiden, and her fear of the danger that surrounds her. As she tries to navigate this new world, she discovers that there are other supernatural creatures in Shadow Hills, and they are all vying for power.
The audiobook is well-narrated, and the two narrators do an excellent job of bringing the story to life. Heather Costa does an excellent job of portraying Grace’s emotions and bringing her character to life. Jeffrey Kafer, on the other hand, does an excellent job of portraying the vampires and their dangerous nature.
The story is well-written, and the characters are well-developed. The author does an excellent job of creating a world that is both familiar and unfamiliar. The small town setting is familiar, but the supernatural elements add a new layer of intrigue to the story.
